Professional Alarm Systems
CTC-963
CTC-963 is a PSTN panel with a built-in voice and digital dialer. It can integrate an optional add-on GSM box to establish an alternative reporting path. The panel’s LCD text display and recordings are multilingual. CTC-963 adopts one-way radio and CTC- 963 Pro two-way radio.
Voice and Digital Reporting
CTC-963 sends alarms to the monitoring center via Contact ID reporting over PSTN and GSM or SMS reporting. Alarms are sent to the user via SMS or voice reporting. The panel can store 10 reporting numbers.
Two-Way Voice Communication
The two-way voice communication feature allows monitoring personnel to talk to you and listen in to what is happening on your side.
Forty Zones
Each of CTC-963’s 40 zones can be individually programmed into different zone types having specific device attributes.
Multilingual Service
CTC-963 provides LCD text display and pre-recorded alarm messages in four languages of your choice or in standard built-in English, German, French and Italian.
