Repeater
RP-23
The RP-23 is an intelligent repeater that extends the communication range between an alarm and its wireless devices by receiving and transmitting signals from the devices to the control panel. It is capable of filtering out signals that have been received before, thus eliminating repetitive or unnecessary signal transmissions.
Up to 20 RP-23s can be positioned in one alarm system. Bi-directional communication is adopted between RP-23s as well as between the RP-23 and the control panel. The RP-23 can learn in all the devices enrolled in the same alarm system. Its industry-leading encryption algorithm protects against code grabbing and malicious attacks.
The RP-23 is equipped with high-speed RF communications to radically reduce signal collisions, lower power consumption, extend battery life and enhance network efficiency.
The RP-23-F1 model, which adopts Climax’s cutting-edge F1 technology to deliver extensive RF communication range, increased signal transmission speed, and avoid signal collisions, can be flexibly deployed across larger or complex premises.
This RP-23 & RP-23-F1 is AC-powered with 18 hours of rechargeable battery power. Its four LEDs display power, installation, transmission and reception status.
