SCM-1ZW
The SCM-1ZW is a Z-Wave roller shutter control that provides convenient operation of roller shutters for home automation and security purposes. Automatically or remotely roll up, down or stop mid-way, the SCM-1ZW is directly connected to and controls motorized window treatments, interior and exterior shades and blinds, projection screen, and garage door or driveway gate of your home.
With the implementation of the SCM-1ZW, all roller shutters in the house can be configured to automatically open or close according to preset schedules and scenarios. You can open, close or halt half-way the window shutters remotely from a mobile device as if you were home. You can extend or retract your awning, pergola, or outdoor blinds to begin cooling down your backyard before you reach home.
Automated roller shutters protect your home from the sun’s UV rays, help keep your house cool during summer and warm during winter, and deliver an added measure of privacy and security.
The SCM-1ZW can also be for commercial use for driveway barriers and security grilles to protect business storefronts and doorways. Compatible with any Z-Wave systems and devices, the SCM-1ZW further doubles as a Z-Wave repeater to extend the communication range of a Z-Wave mesh network.
